Kingdom of God/Kingdom of Heaven
I was in a discussion with a brother yesterday and he seemed to think that the KoG and the KoH are two distinct Kingdoms. 1 Peter 2:20 -3:1 - How Much Abuse?
1 peter 2:20-24 The verses above talk of our following the Master and what he went through, how He is an example to us as believers. Then Peter drops a bombshell, unless someone can soften my understanding of the passage. 1 peter 3:1 LIKEWISE? How crazy is that! Peter seems to be saying to wives of...

Michael Pearl
Does anyone have any experience with Michael Pearl and the "No Greater Joy" ministries. He also is the teacher at a church in Tennessee, I think it is called "the church at Cane Creek"

Re: "Church"
Church can be hard, and personalities, and different levels of commitment can be abrasive at times. I think that sticking with an established or unestablished church body is your choice, but the abrasiveness is certainly much more usefull to getting things in you all worked out than the loner who t...
