The following is probably the most widely recognized limited negative in the Bible:

1 Timothy 5:23 No longer drink water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your frequent ailments.

It is so widely recognized that many translators insert "only" either before or after "water."

However, some translators, for example Murdoch, seem to have thought that Paul was telling Timothy to stop drinking water altogether:

1 Timothy 5:23 And hereafter drink not water, but drink a little wine; on account of thy stomach, and thy continuing infirmities.

Man judges a person by his past deeds, and administers penalties for his wrongdoing. God judges a person by his present character, and disciplines him that he may become righteous.
