It is helpful to know that in the parlance of the Jews the entire Old testament was referred to as the law. An example from the words of Jesus:

34. Jesus answered them, “Has it not been written in your Law, ‘I said, you are gods’?
Jesus quoted a Psalm (82:6) and called it "Law".

I doubt that the entire Old Testament was ever called "the Law" especially books such as "Esther" in which even the word "God" or "Yahweh" does not appear.
Modern Jews in the section of the Bible they call "the Torah" consists only of the five books of Moses. And the introduction to the Torah in the Jewish Study Bible states that "Torah" means "teachings, instruction."
