Sorry Steve that I didn't answer this one first I actually skipped right over it apparently.

My thought in general is simply this that if the government wants it then they can take it. That even includes my life. Now, if the government, or any employer, or a friend etc., want me to violate the principals established in God's Moral law then I would have to decline. I am not necessarily referring to the law as expressed in the OT in this case but the explanation and clarification of that same Moral law that was given by Jesus on the Mount.
