How would anything be considered a miracle if it didn't break a natural law? And how is the following a "natural process":

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
He will not fail nor be discouraged till He has established justice in the earth. (Isaiah 42:4)
