Fill or Refill?

A listener to the The Narrow Path radio talk show wondered whether the Genesis command to replenish the earth implies that the earth had been populated by some pre-Adamic civilization. So the listener did the logical thing and called Steve Gregg, the program host, and asked him about "replenish."
