Dinosaur bone carbon-dated to just 30,000 years old?

After posting my animation "Did dinosaurs ever live alongside humans?" https://youtu.be/iFpc35walI8 I had some people in the YouTube comments claiming that a triceratops bone was carbon-dated to just over 30,000 years old. If this date were true, it would put triceratops alongside humans in the Pleistocene. Not only is this date at odds with what we think we know about dinosaurs (the last died out 66 million years ago), it's also at odds with the radiometric date of the very rock layer the bone was found in (upper cretaceous, which dates to, you guessed it, over 66 million years old).

What's going on? I explain in a video here: https://youtu.be/eNY8xC3raDY

I'd love your feedback on my explanation. A quick scan of the YouTube comments suggests that everyone watching it so far had already rejected the Creationist carbon dating experiment before seeing my video. When preaching to the "choir" it's hard to tell if my teaching methods are effective.
