My Religion by Leo Tolstoy

Tolstoy's book, My Religion, is well worth reading. It is available from Gutenberg to read online, or to download in Epub, Kindle, plain text, or in several other formats.

Man judges a person by his past deeds, and administers penalties for his wrongdoing. God judges a person by his present character, and disciplines him that he may become righteous.

I am glad you are being blessed, Darin. For what other religion can deliver us from the woes we bring upon ourselves, but the religion of Jesus? The apostle Paul also considered the religion of Jesus to be paramount. However, unless the religion of Jesus is accepted, then Paul is interpreted in a much different way.
