Wikipedia states the following:
The Universe is commonly defined as the totality of existence.
Various dictionaries I consulted say something very similar.
If this is what is meant by "Universe", how can there be another one?
I just picked on an interesting idea. I wasn't going to saying anything about Matt's article lest his head explodes.
I suspect the idea is built based on our perception that our universe, as we see it, is everything. If this universe happened to come out of something unseen , such as some other-dimensional source, who could blame us for not recognizing the 'extent' of the universe?
By the way, where is the end of the universe?
