Were there any specific moral laws to God that people were obligated to follow before Moses?

Certainly! God would have had to have an expressed standard in place in order to pronounce the wickedness of the Antediluvian people (pre-flood). An obvious example would be that of Cain and Abel. Cain knew what he did was wrong and was sin, so in order to know this the will of God must have somehow been expressed to him. Most likely this was done verbally first, as every expression of God's moral law was initially delivered.
