Did Noah invite sinners into the Ark?

No, I don't see that in scripture at all. We know that Noah was a preacher of righteousness, wanting men to repent, but the Bible nowhere tells us that Noah and his family were urging people to join them on the Ark to be saved. It is quite clear in Genesis 6:18 that God had already made a choice as to who would be on the ark and who would not. The time for the physical salvation of the wicked had run out. However, is it possible that some who perished in the flood were spiritually saved? I think so. What about children who were below the age of accountability? What about those who saw the terrible judgment coming after the door of the ark had already been shut? Is it possible that some of them repented, like a death-bed conversion? God knows.
