Changes are minimal:
1. The cover: paperback, new artwork
2. More accurate labelling: the fourth view is now called "Idealist" rather than "Spiritual"
3. Modified introduction: mostly stylistic minor changes
4. Inclusion of more (and newer) quotations (including Bauckham and Beale)
5. Author no longer called "Editor"
6. Updated author bio (e.g., I no longer direct The Great Commission School)
7. Lower sticker price
