I was recently introduced to this great software package for churches at http://church.io and thought this would be a good place to share. It allows local bodies to maintain a directory with the feel of a social network (bible study groups, pictures, etc) that is well done and maintained. There are also easy steps for setting it up yourself on your own hosting using digital ocean.
If anyone was interested and needed any help I would be more than happy to help get things started.
