NASB moves the phrase pertaining to Pilate et al immediately preceding the phrase regarding God's predestination. I have no problem with the predestined plan, but I see it as relating to the anointing of Christ, and the NET bible moves the anointing and Christ phrase immediately preceding the predestination language. The choice of comma placement is a bit of a problem, but it could be read either way while the NASB seems to focus more on the actions of Pilate, et al. instead of Christ. Just my read...
