I think it should be taught as a history lesson, like as in "Wow, the Church used to believe this for 170 years or something!" Well I think with regards to your question on teachers well I think it could be similar to churchs, in my opinion. Some people always want t go to one church. Always one teacher. But so what do we do? Well, I guess we can't be apostles, but maybe we can look at wht they did. They went around to different places starting churchs! Jesus Christ was their teacher! This is why I appreciated a concept Steve brought up on the radio about having a philosophical objection to denominations. The body of Christ has to be nurtured, and perhaps it's believers are disbursed accordingly.
