Re: 153 Fish?
Matt 4:18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. 4:20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed hi...

Re: "Come out of her my people"
I actually meant if Babylon is referring to Jerusalem then how did Jerusalem make the nations rich? If this is viewing the whole church age then Babylon would not be Jerusalem at all. I'm just wondering. Hi TacomaTyler, In my opinion Babylon in the book of Revelation is not referring to Jerusalem b...

Re: "Come out of her my people"
If first century Jerusalem were Babylon in Rev 18 then shouldn't we be able to interchange the two words for each other and still have Rev 18:21 make sense even until this very day? "Thus with violence shall that great city [Jerusalem]/Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all." Cer...

Re: "Come out of her my people"
Anyone can make the claim that they know what John was referring to and many do, but the truth is that we really don't know. I think we should approach passages like the one you mentioned with an open mind and look at the different views. Steve is a model example of this and is quick to let people ...

Re: "Come out of her my people"
I think Babylon, in Revelation, is probably Jerusalem in the first century. The believers came out of her prior to her destruction, and escaped her plagues. This leaves nothing more for us to do about this particular call to come out of her. Hi Steve Thanks for your response. I've been considering ...

"Come out of her my people"
Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. On yesterday's morning show I heard Steve say he didn't know or wasn't sure who "Mystery Babylon" was, if we don't know who she is then ho...

Re: Where did Moses write about Jesus?
In my opinion here is another place where Moses wrote about Jesus. Deut 32:4 He is the Rock , his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. And also, Ex 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish , a male of the first year: ye shall take ...

Re: Where did Moses write about Jesus?
Interesting question! In my opinion Jesus comes in the volume of the book, he is the one great subject of the whole Bible. Perhaps you will consider the following verse and the question, who is the tree of life? Gen 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherub...
