Re: Theos Media Problem/Issue

Hello to all,

Grace and peace to everyone. The Theos.org/media 2021 Radio links are messing up again. For example, I clicked on 9/03/2021 and it prompted an error page.

Theos Media Problem/Issue

Hello to all, I was looking at the Theos Media page and I noticed that Steve's daily radio programs are no longer updating on this page. There is not even a category or link for the year 2021. Does anyone know what has happened to Theos media site? Is the person who updated it no longer doing it? Th...

Re: Baptismal Regeneration

Thank you for replying back Homer. It is amazing to me that people like Geisler write in his book “Bible Difficulties” that eis is used for “because of”. I have saved the the two (2) page preposition study; I’m going to study it.

Re: Baptismal Regeneration

Thank you for replying back Paidion!

You make some good points!

Of course people who focus on faith will go to Eph 2:8-9 and say baptism is a work. They will then compare baptism to circumcision - a la Paul’s talk in Galatians. Further, they will say - what about the thief on the cross?

Re: Baptismal Regeneration

So Paidon and Homer,

Do you believe the Apostle Peter was teaching baptismal regeneration?

Most people who teach against it, say “eis” means “becauee of” for example Norman Geisler taught it that way.

Re: Additional Thoughts on the Nephilim

Justin Martyr wrote the following in his 2nd apology: He evidently made for man—committed the care of men and of all things under heaven to angels whom He appointed over them. But the angels transgressed this appointment, and were captivated by love of women, and begat children who are those that ar...

Re: Additional Thoughts on the Nephilim

I could be wrong, but I had read that your belief (only human involvement) is not the traditional or historical accepted view. The book of Enoch seems to show that Jews thought it were fallen angels.

Re: Pride

I have reflected on this issue as well. It seems that one has to have a certain level of self-esteem just to wake up, get dressed, go to work, and complete all the daily tasks. To me, pride would be saying that I did it all myself. It would be forgetting the fact that everything I truly have was giv...
