I was hoping that a universalist could answer the objections people are using with the eternal punishment, or eternal judgment scriptures.

How do you respond to those?

3. Tiberius
4. Caligula
5. Claudius
6. Nero
7. Galba

And the 10 horns be the governors of the 10 provinces that Rome had conquered?

I am wondering people's opinions on the Beast in Rev 17?

Who the 7 kings are in vs. 7?
The 8th king vs. 11?
The ten horns/kings vs. 12?
