Re: Preferred Bible Translation
I agree with Homer. The thought for thought idea is why abortions are legal and now same-sex marriage. Roughly half of the people in the US think those things are in our constitution. I don't feel comfortable accepting thought translations from anyone that might think the Bible is a "living" documen...

Re: Offering and Giving in the Church of Acts vs Offering No
I agree that some on TV are money grubbing in the worst sense of the word. One is spending 2 or 300 hundred million dollars building a money factory in the Far East. At the same time, I think TBN is a good alternative to network TV. Steve's ministry seems to be lean and mean in the good sense of the...

Re: To Marry or not to Marry?
If you marry someone under 30, she will be wanting kids. You will be approaching senior-dome when they graduate high school. There are many kids out there 6-8 years old that need homes. I had my last son at 38 and always felt I shortchanged him by being too old to have fun. I don't know if it matter...

Christians that vote Democratic are the reason we are outnumbered. If half the US forces had fought for Germany and Japan we would have lost WW2.

I too think it is good to support Israel. I can't give you solid reason why except that the alternative would be to not support them, and I certainly don't think that would be a good idea.

Re: An Even Greater Massacre
That is the 64,000 dollar question Dwight. I know if someone actually tried to reverse roe v wade the lower left would swing into action. They have names for us that they haven't even used yet. Abortion on demand is the cornerstone of the Democrats. Yes I said Democrats. How good Christian people ca...

Re: Can Our Culture be Changed?
I don't think the sixties were nearly as bad as today. The sixties were a bunch of people that didn't want to be drafted. Since we don't have the draft, we no longer have anti-war protests going on. Bring back the draft and watch how fast they hit the streets. If you went to Canada to avoid the draf...

Re: The Vegas Shooting
Look at places like Chicago. High muder rate and no guns allowed. I'm not convinced the guy acted alone. I would like to see some hotel surveillance tapes. There is a picture of him at an anti Trump rally in August floating around Facebook but national News has not picked it up yet. Maybe they can't...

Re: Add at the front of listening to the radio program live.
I found ads anytime I went thru a website other than the website of the station carrying the program.
I listen thru KKVV.COM in Las Vegas and they have a "listen live" button.

Re: Did scientists really find soft tissue inside dino bones
I just read about a professor that was fired for writing about his findings. That would sure put a dent in my old earth belief.
However, I'm still an old earth creationist.
