i caught RC on the radio this morning talking about the olivet discourse-- he seems to be giving it even handed treatment; apparently it was the 4th lecture in a series of 12. tomorrow he is talking about whether the word "generation" should be taken literally or figuratively; he discussed today how the astronomical signs can be taken figuratively based on similar OT passages. he indicated today that everything hinges on the correct interpretation of "generation."
the lectures can probably be heard at oneplace.com or on RC's website.

TK,
I caught a little of RC's study on the radio on Thursday. It was very good. I read "The Last Days According to Jesus" by Sproul and thought it was okay, but thought it borrowed too heavily from Kenneth Gentry. But listening to RC on the radio, he was making some excellent points. For example, he argued that the fulfillment of the Olivet Discourse should be seen as an amazing fulfillment of prophecy supporting the accuracy of the Bible, yet it is this very passage that liberals point to when arguing that Jesus failed on his prediction for the end of the world. God Bless.
