Matthew Chapter 13. The Great Apostasy

A Brother just did a great study of Matthew 13 This is excellent. I just posted it the other day.


Matthew, chapter 13
"33": Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

Leaven is the small amount of evil that enters into man, which with out purging it out will grow. Also the NT scriptures refer to this as becoming puffed up or full of pride. This was Lucifer's demise written in the book of Ezk ch 28. The very first leaven that grew into astonishing giant tree, which lead to the continuous diminishing of the heaven and earth was the serpents 1st lie in the garden. A small mustard seed of a lie that has led to complete disaster and torment for mankind, (a little leaven leavens the whole loaf).
