An analogous process takes place in the case of the aeonion destruction of the wicked. When the wicked are raised again, they still have the same character. This evil character must be dealt with by means of the purifying fire of God so that the nature is refined, and the person, as he was meant to be, comes forth.

So does everyone enter the Kingdom?

The kingdom has already begun, and only a few enter it. At the more mature stage of the kingdom at Christ's coming, there will still be relatively few who enter it.

But the cleansing fires of God's wrath, possibly coupled with a word from the manifest Sons of God, will have their influence until ultimately every individual will be reconciled to God and be submitted to Christ in His aeonian kingdom, and will therefore be part of it. It seems that this will take "ages of ages" --- possibly millions of years. But at some point:

When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things under him, that God may be everything to every one. I Corinthians 15:28 RSV
