Just curious. This might be a personal type thing, but why doesn't such a potentially precise prophecy written well before the events excite you?

My Christian identity, faith in God, and decision to follow Jesus has never depended on any particular prophecy. (This is true of most or all of you as well, I guess.) It has never surprised me that God can foreknow and/or foreordain the future. Like ya'll, though, I am awed and excited by God's creation and His love for us.

There may be other reasons owing to my wholly Christian upbringing or just my personality.
