I believe there is a certain lecture of Steve's that covers in detail the new testament references to this chapter. Can anyone point me to the correct mp3 file?

Sorry, I do not know of any mp3 file, but I do know of a Scripture passage that addresses Isaiah 11.
Paul is telling his audience how that the Gentiles were foretold of coming into the faith/receiving the same promises/being co-heirs. The specific passage is Romans 15:8-12...
What Paul says in the context totally ruins the dispensational view of creation and especially the effects of the fall...
Peace!

Go here
http://www.thenarrowpath.com/
click on "Topical Lectures" on the left hand column
Go almost to the bottom of the page to the series called "A Topical Look at Isaiah" (I think that's what it's called)
click on the lecture about "The King and His Kingdom"
I'm almost certain that he talks about that chapter in that link.

Also, my verse-by-verse lectures on Isaiah (tapes 14 and 15) cover that chapter—but, unfortunately, the tape was running to fast when the mp3 was made, so that my voice, on tape 14, sounds like Alvin and the chipmunks.

Thanks, I've listened to the 14th and 15th lectures of Isaiah. Fortunately my media player has a play back speed adjustment, so I was able to hear it in your normal voice. This tool should let me create a new mp3 file which has been slowed down to restore your voice to normal. If you would like to fix the one on your website as such (or others), just let me know.

That would be great! I'd appreciate that!

funny, I've used similar tools to keep the pitch the same but speed them up to get through particular ones quickly (or only slightly to fit them on 80 minute audio CD for friends, etc). If anyone's interested, google "soundstretch".

I hope you aren't violating any copyrights in imitating Alvin and the chipmunks.

I've already received a "Cease and Desist" order from David Seville's* attorney.
*"David Seville's" real name was Ross Bagdasarian.
