is a seizure disorder a sign of demon possesion?

I found this statement on a website from The Rev'd Elizabeth Kaeton of the Episcopal Church of St. Paul's in Chatham, NJ
“For centuries, the church's teaching about seizure disorder was that it was demon possession, in accordance with what was written in scripture, despite scientific evidence that it was not.”
My questions are
1. Did the church ever teach that a seizure disorder was demon possession?
2. If so when and who?
3. And what scriptures would one use to support this doctrine?
note: I don't believe it but I want to prove to others the bible and maybe the church never taught that all seizure disorders were demon possession.
