Yes, there was at least one being besides God, namely His Son. For it was through His Son that God created everything.

You mean the "Logos," not the Son. If you equate the eternal Logos with the Son, then you are correct. If there was a Logos at a time in which there was not yet a Son, then you may not be correct.
