Rom 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

How could there be a sin when there are yet no law? So, what is the sin that were on earth before the law was given? Can it be not part of God’s creation?

Gen 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

The first law were given to Adam Gen 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

But before the law were given (sin) the serpent were already in the garden to deceive the couple.

Agree, man was born with tendency to sin because he have flesh.
Mat 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
