Psalm 107:28-29
Then they cry out to the LORD in their trouble,
and HE brings them out of their distresses,
HE calms the storm, so that the waves are still.

from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.
Luke 8:24 And they came to HIM and awoke HIM saying,"Master, Master,
we are perishing!" Then HE arose and rebuked the wind and the raging
of the water. And they ceased,and there was a calm. But HE said to them,"Where is your faith?''
We are all facing storms that are at times raging, and we can call upon JESUS and stop running our own ship............. He is our shelter in the times of storm.
GOD BLESS you with faith as you may be going through a storm that seems to overwhelm you............ HE is faithful!

The Lord new in 04 that I needed this in 06
Hey Moe,
I hope you are still browsing this forum and I really hope you read this. I found out this week that I have a tumor in my colon and it has to come out A.S.A.P. I have a lot of peace about it but sometimes the storm hits hard and I feel like I am starting to sink. Thanks so much for encouraging me with these scriptures. I just read it to my wife and we both were in tears cause we needed to hear it. It's not like we don't have friends and family nearby to encourage us but it was one of those things where, I believe, that God led me to this particular posting just to be encouraged. Please pray for us if you think about it.
