That's beautiful, Ian. I would like to have similar videos for each of the Psalms. You're a professional photographer, why don't you take on the assignment!

Your wish is my command Steve!
The photographer used a home-made dolly to move the camera slowly across the scene, e.g. past those bristlecone pines. As the camera moves along the rail, it also rotates on a head, showing you the back-side of the tree. Of course Hollywood does that all the time.
Dolly-building is not my forté, but the rest is do-able.

*Assignment" might be an understatement though. To do it well is probably a lifetime`s project, perhaps on the scale of Spurgeon`s weighty tomes on the Psalms! And I can`t just show landscapes, no matter how dramatic. There has to be some connection to the text, even if it`s a subtle or symbolic one. Psalm One for example contrasts the righteous man with the wicked man. Perhaps tree imagery with its associated rootedness, contrasted with blowing leaves associated with the opposite. Just thinking aloud.

That's incredible, all the elaborate planning, etc, but the effect is amazing.
