Hello and God Bless!

I too am enjoying this thread and the "observations" being made. Here's a question for the group:

Is the science community, in general, motivated to disprove God?

If so, there is a stark difference between the Christian mindset and the Scientist. Christians, in general, are not out to disprove science. Science is a key component in his visible handy-work, signature if you will.

For example; The terror for the scientist, regarding matter, is that "there is no last piece to puzzle". There will never be a microscope powerful enough to reach their (scientist) singularity. So they enter a unique discipline knowing there search is eternal, and infinitely complex. What an admirable endeavor to be involved with, new discoveries without end.

How could such a statement of fact and profession lead anyone away from a Creator? I can understand the atheist point concerning what makes one God better than the next, but to say that possibility and proof doesn't exist, and using science as their vehicle, is to be disingenuous.

Remember, hold a strand of your own hair in your hand, there is no last piece, but that's impossible, right?
