Satan existing in God's presence?

Post by _Erich » Thu Sep 01, 2005 3:10 pm

How can Satan, who is sinful, be in God's presence as told in the book of Job? Wouldn’t Satan have been destroyed even as we would be if we being sinful tried to stand before Holy God without the righteousness of Christ? Just as darkness can’t co-exist with light?

But did'nt darkness co-exist with light when Jesus walked the earth. "In him there is no darkness" yet Jesus walked and mingled among sinners. It seems Satan has a purpose and God allowed him to stay in heaven to accuse us day and night until Rev 12.9 when he was thrown out at the time of the crucifixtion IMO.
