Bob Jones

Hello,
My name is Jason Patterson. This is actually my wifes user name, but I really wanted to ask a qeustion and my account is inactive right now because yesterday, I think, I got an account. but anyways, I have been reading here on the forum for probably a couple of years now, but I just have never wrote anyting on it. So hello, and next time maybe I will get to use my own account.
But anyways, I have a qeustion about Bob Jones and Rick Joyner. Some of my leaders where I go to church seem to be into them and in some of what they say. My people in the church are very prophectic and say things that are very different to me. This really came about when I was on a mens retreat with them and they just kept saying things like "I'm getting this", and one after another would say what they thought that the Lord was saying to whom they were prophesying over. I'm not against prphecy, but this was just different. Anyways, they talked about Bob Jones and how he prophosied about a gathering in July, 7, 07. And how from there many young people will go out and be a witness to the world or something like that.
What I would really like to know is, is this guy legite? because he doesn't seem legite to me. I have read some other thngs about him that others have written and his doctrine seems to be really off. Any advice would be appreciated.
And, oh, I ahve really enjoyed reading what people has to say on this forum. Thanks.
