John Maxwell in a former Pastor in the Wesleyan Tradition (my denomination). He is an interesting and insightful speaker on the issue of leadership. I know multiple people who have met John and spoke highly of his love and care for others. Some people tend to think his style is too 'business' oriented and not 'Spirit' oriented, but they should remember that John's job is to teach leadership in general. It has applications for both churches and business as the reader/listener sees fit. I think his leadership insights are of high quality.
