Sorry if anyone has experienced some weirdness/errors over the past 2 days. Nothing has been lost, but I was moving the server to Amazon EC2 Cloud hosting because it's cheap and I can easily take snapshots for backups, etc. Everything should stabilize over the next day or so.

For a while now I haven't been getting notifications for topics to which I'm subscribed. I didn't notice exactly, but it's more or less since the new hosting, so I assume it's a result of that. Can it be fixed?

Thanks for letting me know. There was an issue with the new SMTP server not sending updates, but this should be fixed now.
