Has something changed recently in the way the forum identifies users? Starting several days ago, I've had to log in almost every time I look at the forum. Even if I'm logged in in one browser tab, and click a link in an email to view a post, I'm not logged in in that tab. It can be very inconvenient at times. Does this have anything to do with the long session ID numbers that have appeared in the URL when logged in?

I have had the same problem. However, since I began to have the same problem on Facebook and Yahoo about the same time, I thought it might be a problem with my computer. I guess not.

Yea, I'm having the problem too. As I said in another thread, I've added so many extra modules and made so many changes to the templates themselves that I've had problems recently upgrading the board software itself. The other night I was troubleshooting this problem and another (tapatalk users) and ended up making matters worse.

One night when I have time I will probably just start over from scratch with the latest default version of the board software and go from there.
