Hi Sue,
How are things with your aunt?
Thanks for you prayers and I'm sorry for the late response.

My aunt was sent to the area were people are just waiting to die.

I believe in miracles and I'm sure most of you do. I would like to ask the people in here to pray for the healing of my aunt.

I would like to give a background about her. She was about to be married when she was in the Philippines but her fiance died from an automobile accident. After that she worked as a social worker and devoted her time in helping people in the Philippines then she came to Canada but again she did not stop helping people here in Canada. She got married here in Canada but her husband died due to lung cancer 2 years ago. She is now 65 years young.
She never had children because she married at a late age. She still wants God to keep her alive so that God can continue using her in this world.
She wants to live a little bit more longer because she wants to continue serving God here on this earth.

May the miracle ( according to God's will) that she will recieve from God be added to God's glory

Her name is Alicia Agpoon

Thank you for sharing these things with us, Paul.

I prayed for Alicia this morning.

Glory be to God! "who by the power at work within us is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think." Ephesians 3:20

Thanks to all. Your prayers will serve as a comfort for my family and relatives.

One thing I always thank God is that I'm surrounded by Godly people wherever I go.

Psa 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

I am also praying that this will be a time for Alicia to draw really close to God and allow the Holy Spirit to work in her, in whatever ways are needed, according to His will, so that God truly would be glorified.

Update!

My aunt is still alive and according to the doctor that they consider her as a miracle patient because they expect her be to dead by now but she is still fighting because she believes that it is not yet her time.

Whenever she feels like she is going she will sing come Holy Spirit and she will be fine again.

Now she is able to serve Him- in person! what a concept.

sorry for your loss- but i know the fact that she was a believer softens the sadness.
