Any mp3s of Steve teaching a salvation message?

Howdy all--

i have listened to many of steve's lectures and of course he references the gospel message all of the time and it is always good (and much more challenging than one usually hears)-- what i was wondering is if there is a single mp3 teaching (that can be put on one CD) where steve expounds the gospel message, (in other words, a "salvation" message). in the "content of the gospel" series, one of the messages is missing, or is cut very short (after a minute or so) and plus it is a 6 lecture series. it is excellent, but i was looking for a readers digest version.

thx! TK

Hi TK,

Steve has a teaching on his site called "Content of the Gospel" that sounds like what you're looking for.

God bless,

thx- derek-- you must not have seen in my post where i referenced the "content of the gospel series." i was hoping for something that i could give to someone to listen to in one sitting, like on one CD (not an mp3 CD). i couldnt find anything like this on the NP site or the digitalministries site. it may not be there!

Why not on an Mp3 CD?

only because a lot of people dont have cd players that will play mp3s.

my car plays them, thus i have spent many many hours listening to steve's teaching (and some others). not sure what i would do w/o it!

MP3 are about the only choice that can be played in a computer, a DVD player or a cd player. Maybe you want it on cassette.

Are you looking for a compilation of the whole Gospel series?

I am sure it could be wittled down to maybe one CD.

sorry allyn- i am not making myself clear. my fault! when i say "mp3" i dont mean mp3 file format- i am talking about the ability of a CD player to play compressed mp3 files. for example, a normal audio CD has about 80 minutes of material. however, when you make an "mp3" compressed CD, you can fit 20 or so of steves lectures at 90 minutes each onto a single CD. if you tried to burn a regular audio cd, most of steve's lectures wont even fit because they are over 80 minutes long. many people (and certainly most car cd players) wont play these types of compressed cd's.
