Has anybody read this book? How is it in answer to James White?

I have the book and have not yet gotten around to reading it. A friend recomended it. Several of the same author's books on Calvinism-related subjects can be found at the website for Crisis publications.

Steve please read the book I can not find it for sale anywhere.

(Upon further reading thru this site they offers the book or PDF format).

Please read some of the samples that James White suppressed the text discussed by Dr. Daniel B. Wallace & Malcolm L. Lavender
