I have been recommended to read "The Everlasting Man" by G.K. Chesterton, I was told that it was a major influence on C.S. Lewis becoming a Christian, as if that isnt enough credit for it. So I just wanted to see if anyone here who is familiar with his work and could tell me a little bit about him and his writings. If not, no problem i'm sure i could find out some more about him on the net.
God Bless,
Devin

I think that Chesterton was a great Catholic apologist and a brilliant man and great writer. I have'nt read any of his books but i've heard he's worth reading.

Chesterton is hard to read through, because he is so good! You want to pause and marvel at his every sentence. He just has a way with words. He is one of the most quoted people in the world.

I had always felt life first as a story-and if there is a story there is a story teller.
