I think every knee will bow and all will acknowlege God, but don't feel that everyone doing so are forgiven
It also says "confess Jesus as Lord" and you can only do that with the Holy Spirit therefore will the unforgiven have the Holy Spirit or is the confession a meaningless confession?

If the only people left are those that have not been destroyed, (as in annihilationism), then only believers will be praising God.I think every knee will bow and all will acknowlege God, but don't feel that everyone doing so are forgiven.

Haas,
Thanks for the info regarding 1Cor 6:3. It is true that the context of that verse is not at all about angels. It seems almost like an aside that helps justify the other point he's making. Honestly, I'd never considered that it might be referring to righteous angels, because, why would they need judging? You've given me food for thought. Thanks.

Were they not already judged when they were cast into Tartarus, and kept in eternal chains of darkness? What need of being judged in the great day? Why not leave them where they were?2 Peter 2:4
4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment;
and
Jude 1:6
6 And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day—
I see both of these passages teaching that these demons will be judged (not forgiven). As far as I know Scripture doesn't speak of Christ's atonement/sacrifice having anything to do with demons.
It seems to be much more than bowing and acknowleging God.Paidon wrote
"Who are those created beings under the earth whom John saw in his vision praising God and the Lamb? Could they be fallen angels, or even Satan?"
I think every knee will bow and all will acknowlege God, but don't feel that everyone doing so are forgiven.
Revelation 5:13 And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all therein, saying, "To him who sits upon the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might for ever and ever!"
This seems to be genuine praise from the heart, and as such suggests a change of attitude and heart from one of rebellion to one of devotion. So what reason would God have to keep them in Gehenna? Why hold their past against them, if they have changed? Is it God's nature not to forgive those who have repented (changed their hearts and minds)?
[God] is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe. I Timothy 4:10
