Or it's more expensive now that it doesn't have all those typographical errors! Makes sense to me. :)

Maybe they have to recover the cost of their mistake on the first printing!

Drat -- Amazon just notified me that delivery of my copies are delayed until November. Oh, well. Looking forward to reading it whenever the release does occur.
Yep.I received a notice from Amazon today with the same message.

My Kindle order just says "being processed." No date indicated.

It's a dollar cheaper at http://www.christianbook.com. They still have the Oct.15th date posted, though they may just be negligent. Here is the link:

On amazon, the paperback is Nov 5, the kindle next Tuesday oct 15
I hope there will be no shortage at the kindle store.
