I will be having surgery for bladder cancer Wednesday, Aug. 6, 6am. All prayers appreciated from all you righteous (availeth much) men and women!

Discovered by cystoscopy about three weeks ago. Would be little concern with me alone but life would be very difficult for my wife without me. I have long prayed that God would let me live a day longer than her; we have 55 years together coming up in October.

Doctor is positive regarding outcome but all is in God's hands.
