Anyone familiar with C. Peter Wagner? He believes that God is speaking to the churches today through modern day Apostles which he personally appoints himself. there are horizontal apostles, all kinds of apostles. C. Peter Wagner coined the phraze "Third wave movement of the HOly Spirit" He is very influential in chruch growth movement and prayer movement, global prayer, etc. he is very scary. I read a lot of early Peter Wagner and at one time he had some good things to say. Beginning in the late 80’s or early 90's, he seems to have gone farther a field and continues to do so. As a result, I disregard his work and don't recommend him. Just an opinion remember.

I agree with Blind Beggar as I do most of the time.

Wagner has you fill out a form of spiritual gifts like it's an aptitude test or something. There is no finding out God's Will for your life or anything like that. Almost like Rick Warren. "Just express yourself" "Use your natural gifts"

Well, Mr. Warren, what about Moses? Moses didn't have a gift in public speaking, but that is exactly what God wanted him to do. "Just express yourself." What is that communicating? There are no boundaries?

"where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Cor. 3:17)

Sounds like some conditions and boundaries to me.

Agape,

loaves

"And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves...And they did all eat, and were filled" (Mark 6:41-42)
