Crusader didn't delete his last post, where he was complaining about being called a "troll." I deleted it—though I have not deleted any of his others that I can recall. He just shouldn't be blamed for removing the last one. It was just too much whining. It really brings down the quality of the dialog, and I had repeatedly warned him about it. Apparently, he doesn't even recognize when he is doing it. It make it seem that he belongs on a different forum, where people aren't allowed to disagree with his views or to take him to task about his undocumentable arguments.

My apologies then in regards to misunderstanding about the disappearing posts. Everything else I wrote, about re-editing, trolling and lack of dialog stands.

Maybe we should have a "Kiddie Forum" for certain obvious maturity levels.

Crusader, you may have "a lot of computers" and you may be willing to pound out the same ole same ole all day long, but until you come up with biblical proof for your view you will always be that person whom we have grown to love and adore so well.

Can you just give it a rest? Your attitude is not going to result in anyone changing their mind. Your evidence, or lack of it, is nothing new that preterists have not seen before. Whatever happened to giving a defense of the hope within you with gentleness and respect? Seriously, do you really think that God gave you a special set of Crusader armor that not only includes the rest of the set to spiritual armor that us normal Christians get, but also a Club of Truth to be used to beat the rest of us into line? If you were a troll that was posting anti-preterist posts on a preterist-friendly board with the desire of getting kicked off the board, would it look any different from this?

And your post is a perfect example of how large your assumptions are and how little you know. I have a wonderful relationship with my Lord. I am not angry, nor has this discussion ever made me so, even when it started producing more heat than light. I am not a preterist, don't pretend to be one, and don't play one of TV. I have Steve's book but, before recently coming to this forum, did not know that he or it leaned towards preterism. I came here to explore different interpretations, ask questions, and learn. I have Steve's Revelation and Eschatology audio series on my mp3 player along with pretersim debates and a couple of sermon series both in support and in refutation to preterism. Because I come into this discussion without my mind already made up, I will learn something from the endeaver and come away a better person because of it.

Hi Crusader,

Or I should say, "Good-bye, Crusader." You are off the forum. If you come back under another name, you will not be able to disguise your personality or your aroma. If another poster appears with your level of maturity, it will stand out like a sore thumb in a forum mainly frequented by adults. I will require that person to identify himself/herself to me by their real name, and give me their phone number so that I can confirm their identity. If they will not provide that information, I will know it is you, and their posts will be blocked and/or deleted. Have a nice day.

P.S. I was not aware of being "spanked." However, if that is what you were doing, I might say that no one likes being spanked when they have done nothing deserving of discipline. Your absence from these proceedings will be a blessing to many.

I am trying to say this in the nicest way possible, but to be honest I think all of us have been guilty of what Crusader was doing, (though not to the extent that he exibited), but I saw that alot of words were thrown back at him, a few of the posts on this very thread for example are not a true show of maturity. I am definitely not exempt from what I'm saying, I went into a bit of a tirade there for awhile myself. Then realized how childish I was being with the Lord's help and a few comments directed at me on here.

Hopefully now that Crusader is gone we can all grow up a little.

I agree with you, Aaron. I think things can return to normal now.

Of course, "normal" doesn't mean the absence of disagreement. We have always welcomed differing viewpoints here. Respectful dialogue among people with different points of view is refreshing. Unity is a spiritual thing—not a state of doctrinal uniformity.

I do appreciate the spirit of your recent posts, Aaron. Thanks for staying with us.
